"Worse service I have received from Cato. Jennifer made assumptions without coming out directly saying it was worn. I purchased a sweater that picks up lent easily and this lady Jennifer wants to assume that it was worn. She was picking through the entire sweater. When I purchased it there was lent and fuzz on it. Now that I’m bringing it back, it’s an issue. I’m not starving for $29. I work everyday. Been a customer and card holder over 15 plus years and now I’m going to cancel it all. I don’t need to borrow from Cato and return it. If I could rate zero stars I would. I felt insulted and that’s not ok. Update: the manager Carolyn is no better than her employees. “Lead by example” they say. Wont do business here again."
"I I visited this store looking for blue jeans to fit me. I'm full figured and short, so I was having trouble finding the right size. Bought several pair and ended up returning them. The store didn't have my size, so the employees called other stores to find a pair for me.They were so friendly and patient with me over these complicated transactions! I appreciated their help and will be shopping there more often!❤"
"Love this place. That's where I really do all my shopping. Other places, the roads look like, stuff, on hangers, here, everything is organized, sized right. I like that. It's quiet, music level is just right. Staff, very friendly, hello greeting soon as you walk in. Keep up the good work. I'll be back."
"Cato Offers Many Gorgeous Clothes In All Sizes! I was returning two items that I ordered online that were too big and the return was easy! The employee was professional and friendly! And I was awestruck by clothing in a bright blue color - they really caught my eye and were gorgeous! The store offers a lot of gorgeous classy outfits! I will definitely return!"
