"Was there yesterday and the line to cash out was out the gazoo, wrapped around the entire store. Must have been over an hour long wait. They had 3 employees at customer service with no customers there. I looked up the books I had on Amazon and every single one of them were so much cheaper with free shipping. Overpriced and no staff in the right places"
