"The way that the pharmacy manager speaks to patients and doctors offices is appalling. The customer service just isn't there. She has a very rude, condescending tone and treat every patient like a junkie who is seeking narcotics, regardless of the situation. Doesn't matter if you have a prescription in your hand from your doctor, with your medications in MAPS. This woman needs to be written up. She also fabricates reasons of her own not to fill prescriptions and lies to patients."
