"Went into this location today to return an item I had a receipt for, however the tag wasn’t on the item. The cashier I dealt with was extremely rude and confrontational I didn’t get her name she was a middle aged black woman with short hair. She LIED to me and my husband and said it was against store policy to make a return with no ticket on the item. This was clearly a lie and she was just being a lazy dead beat. However, after speaking with her store manager I was able to make the return for my full return because all they had to do was look up the item on using my receipt. I hope this store is able to find better Associates in the future so they don’t have to hire lazy individuals like the one I had the displeasure of dealing with."
"Troy really needs to invest in the older plazas where some of these stores are. When i go to a dollar tree or Marshalls or walmart in Rochester, feels way better than when I go to this plaza."
"Just returned two sweatshirts that were a gift from my mom but did not fit. I arrived and walked directly to the check out line to get a store credit since I didn’t have a receipt. Suzette was my cashier and she was extremely rude. Pretty much implied that I was stealing and treated me as such throughout the entire transaction.. She said “ no receipt and no bag hmmm that’s interesting”. Again it was a gift so it didn’t come in a bag. She acted like she’s never processed a return without a receipt. If that’s a problem maybe they shouldn’t allow it in their return policy. All of this happened right in front of a supervisor that did absolutely nothing about it. I won’t return to this location."
"Poorly run store. One cashier with three other employees lazily wandering around the store. Nothing worth waiting in n that line for anyway. It’s all off brand garbage. One star, I see no reason to return."
