"I ordered a toddler set and it was delivered without the pants. Online customer service said I’d need to return it since it was an incomplete set and no longer in stock. Drove specifically to this Old Navy store to return it and they said I’d have to rerun it online. The store manager was useless. Wouldn’t allow me to simply purchase the toddler shirt sans the missing pants. Lots of finger pointing and no results. Terrible customer service."
