"Disclaimer: I don’t write reviews unless service was really good or really bad. I came to Aritzia recently and had a luxury experience at a mid-range store. Abby was my sales associate and she was high energy, friendly, and had top of the line customer service from start to finish. At first I attributed this level of service to potential commission, but after multiple associates began to chime in and be of assistance I started to understand that the associates there simply like their jobs and are friendly. Along with the great service, I was also happy to see that the store was clean, the dressing room was super cute, the music was on point, and I also received a token for a free drink at their adjacent coffee shop. I will definitely be back!"
"I had the best experience shopping for new work clothes and a couple bridal outfits this past weekend. Elise helped us and was the sweetest and most attentive. My mom and I were joking after we left that no shopping experience will live up to our expectations after how great Elise was! She brought me new sizes when needed and recommended amazing pieces, including my rehearsal dinner look! Truly felt like a personal shopping experience and I look forward to the next time I’m able to shop."
