"My eight year old daughter was excited to go in and buy a Roblox card on her own with her hard earned $20 only to be rudely declined by one of the female employees. I had to go in and ask why they sent my daughter out of the store crying, only to find out it was perfectly fine to sell her the card. You were so freaking rude to my daughter and I don’t appreciate that at all. I’m never going back to the store again! Update: 1-31-2023 Customer service reached out to me and apologized for the issue. They told me I could come in and the owner would purchase a gift card for my daughter. I brought her in today and she was provided a $20.00 ROBLOX card for the inconvenience and the apologized to my daughter. They also provided her a free drink and donut. I am very happy with how they handled the situation and will shop there again. Their customer service is top notch!"

"Check dates on everything! Natty Daddy beers are 3 years old at this place (exp 2/12/19). It's no wonder my family keeps getting sick when they wake up! Can't believe that in this city of nothing but bars and used car lots they are trying to sell 3 year old and expired beer! Makes me wonder about the bars around here too! Over the next week, if this place does not restock and get rid of the expired stuff I will be making a report on it. ***CHECK DATES ON EVERYTHING*** Other than the expired stuff, the staff is pretty friendly and understanding. Edit: 12/15/21 Would not allow me to return $5 worth of cans and bottles because my friend I took up there going in before me. I was told I could only return a dollars worth because we came together..... But I am my own human being and a separate customer entirely buying something. That's so rude of Kate!"

"not all 7eleven are created equal. not the greatest selection of things you don't really need (cigs/beer) but in a pinch the choice is a cinch. The fresh hot food and cold items as well as clean fountain drink, slurpee and coffee beverage machines keep me coming back."
