"Prescription is never ready when it's supposed to be. They have it all day and don't even start to fill it until you show up there. This is a repeat problem. Every month. My meds get called in at 9am. I wait until late afternoon to pick them up. Every single time it's not ready. This time they tell me it will be 30 minutes and I have to leave the drive thru window. Then they text me right after I make it out of the parking lot that it's ready. Just for me to have to wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour again. This place is a joke."
"I'm changing pharmacies. Takes all day if not 2 for them to refill my stuff. Even if it's medication my kids need when they are sick. I was just on hold for 20 minutes and a guy came on asking me to hold a moment again. 5 minutes later on hold they hung up on me! This is a joke! Worst service I've ever had."

"Every time I have to check out the guy behind the counter isn't a pleasant person I brought another visa card he acted like he didn't want to serve me.i don't even want to buy from this pharmacy but I've been displaced since December and had to move to this location but if you managers need to keep more customers you need to watch this guy. He's heavy with long hair and a mask on. He is the worse person I ever had to deal with"
