"Customer Service Is horrific they are disrespect and unkindness. I had to get the manager because I had the most racist rude man and he did not want to do his job and refused. Kathy the customer service manager could not control him and I believe that she condoned his behavior cause this does not happen overnight. Will definitely be calling corporate in the morning"
"I usually have to wait 20 minutes to a half hour for the pharmacy to answer their phone. Once, I called, waited a while on the line, drove up there still on the line, watched her taking her sweet time, then she told me in person to hold on, while she finally answered my call."
"Everybody knows the lady who does the mark downs has her family buy everything so don't bother dropping by for clearances, she's actually saw me shopping, stop mark downs went to the back. I wasn't sure so I purposely tried to shop again and she did it again. Dont shop this CVS you will always find all clearances gone her family cleans this store out. Save your gas money, go to Kroger."
