"My Father went to the store and got shoes. They gave him shoes off the floor and when we got home they were beat up. We sent the shoes back and they told us they would send us another pair… a couple days later we get the same exact pair of shoes back. It’s like they thought we are stupid and wouldn’t notice. It’s lazy and unprofessional. Not going back"

"Online hours and hours posted on the door show they close at 9pm. At 8, the worker yells for everyone to get out because they’re closed. After we walked out she locked the door and ripped off the posted hours from the glass!"

"I don't often leave one star reviews, but this one actually deserves zero stars! First time buyer with DSW and it started out well, but turned out to be a horrible experience. After returning the item that did not fit, DSW kept my money in total and they charged by credit card extra after the return. Since DSW did not want to work with me, I started a dispute with my credit card company only to find out that DSW LIED. They stated that their system was fool proof and that we were wrong. Unfortunately, for DSW we have proof that they are wrong! This attempt by DSW to steal our money will not go unnoticed......buyer beware!"
