"Bought some clearanced shorts online and found that they were way too tight for my son. I was trying to save them as a surprise, so I was literally returning them on the final day that I was allowed to return them. I didn't get any flack from the employees. They rtn'd them, and we were out the door quickly. Great customer service! Their clothing is great quality as well."
"The experience started off a little bad because I did a pick up order and they partially filled it, and never finishing filling the order. I literally had to go in store to figure out what was going on. The Store Manager Lydia did a great job of fixing the problem. Unfortunately after she fixed the problem I still got charged for the pick up order. So I drove all the way from Tennessee to Alabama to have the worst store experience with a Key Holder name Josh. He told me he wasn’t there when the problem happened so it wasn’t his problem. He was really rude, unprofessional, and lack management skills. He didn’t help find any of the items I needed. He even threatened to call mall security on me when I told him I was rude. I told him to do it because I will be reporting him. A customer even recorded the incident and put it on TikTok that’s how horrible he was ."
