"Seems to be a good family owned business. Be careful if you have a tight deadline, as their estimates for finishing tailoring and alterations may be wildly inaccurate. They did offer me something to make up for the tardiness, but if I were in dire need, 24 extra hours could have been bad."

"I took my son on Tuesday to purchase slacks & a shirt for a high school dance on Saturday. They fitted my son in a pair of slacks and got the measurements to hem them. They then let him try on a shirt in the color he wanted, but it was too big. So they fitted him in a different size and told me that they would order his size in the color he wanted, and that shirt would be over-nighted to the store. He assured me that his items would be completed on Thursday. They were very nice and helpful, and I even mentioned that if it wasn’t enough notice that I could go elsewhere. I was assured multiple times that I had nothing to worry about. I ended up being admitted to the hospital and wasn’t able to go Thursday with my son to get his clothing. He went by himself on Saturday (the day of the event) to get his items. His shirt wasn’t in the store, and his pants had not even been hemmed! They gave him the address of a seamstress in Madison, and gave him the colored shirt that he originally tried on that was too big. My son had to drive to Madison by himself on the day of the event to have his pants hemmed. I called the store after my son called me and I was told that they overbooked the seamstresses, and the shipment hadn’t come in. I was never notified that anything was wrong or had been delayed. Again, we were assured that everything would be done on Thursday, and it was Saturday. All they said they’d do to remedy the situation was trade out the shirt for the size that fit him AFTER his event. I will NEVER go back to that store!"

"I needed a suit in a pinch for a prom I was going to and, with very short notice, they were able to provide one. The staff here is all very nice and was able to keep me well informed through the entire process buying my suit as a first time buyer. Very happy with the suit I received!"
