"Hit and miss. They arrived at our home amidst massive disruption caused by bursting pipes. Initially, they did a commendable job cleaning up the mess. However, they subsequently assured us they could repair the damage - including the floors and walls - yet they disappeared without a trace, despite numerous attempts to reach them. We waisted our time chasing them. Lessons learned: Don't sell what you can't deliver. You only tarnish what could have been a mutually beneficial business relationship. Reputation should always take precedence. UPDATE: We received a call from PuroClean, and they also personally visited our house to explain the issue and outline how they plan to improve in the future. Firstly, thank you for the prompt response. Secondly, your proactive approach to addressing customer feedback demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, which is crucial for ongoing operational improvement. Best of luck!"
"Puroclean did a great job remediating mold in the basement and other areas of the house. Ryan and his team came back several times to ensure the area was properly aired out and all traces of the mold were removed. Each time they were prompt and courteous. Unlike other companies, they did not claim there were mold issues where no issues existed. Appreciate the good job and will recommend."

"PuroClean was awesome! I had to call them at 4pm on the Friday between Christmas and New Year's as my basement had flooded due to a sump pump failure. They came out right away and worked late into the night to get the water cleaned up and fans and humidifiers set. They checked on it for the next few days to ensure that everything was drying out nicely and adjusted for things that weren't. They were knowledgeable, great communicators and very friendly. Highly recommend."
