"Nick is amazing! The battery in my Honda Fit died in the cold weather, even after I spent the day trying to jump it multiple times. I started to worry that I had a starter/alternator problem and not a battery one since I had just bought a new battery a few months prior. So I called Nick late Saturday afternoon thinking he wouldn't be able to make it until Monday since OMAR is closed on Sundays. Not only did Nick arrive at my home first thing Sunday morning, but after trying to jump my car and diagnosing the battery problem, he took the bad battery and exchanged it for a new one because it was still under warranty. He came back, installed it, and now my car is back to running like normal. And when I thanked him for everything and asked what I owed, his response was, "Whatever you think is fair." I gave him all the cash in my wallet but I would've run to the ATM to give more for his excellent, quality service! For context, I would've paid so much more to get my car towed and told this was a starter issue. Thanks to Nick I got back on the road in no time and the fact he came straight to my home to help was just the best! HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks so much!!"
