"Wally and Dave were wonderful throughout the entire buying process. Wally was available via text at a moment's notice. He was knowledgeable and kind. This would be a 5-star review if not for the lack of ability to negotiate during the deal. I made a fair offer, but they respectfully declined. Sometimes a customer just needs to feel like they were able to negotiate a little, so they can come away from the deal feeling confident they got the best price. That doesn't take anything away from the great service I received from Wally and Dave. In related news, Wally and Dave sounds like a children's cartoon. :)"

"Shame on Fox. They tried to charge me $1900 to replace 2 fuel lines. The fuel lines parts cost less than $300... I was hoping to make them my dealer of choice as I loved my salesman of a new Silverado this past year. Unfortunately taking advantage of customers and overcharging for repairs is immoral and I won’t be back for service. Make sure to check around on repair costs Google review family. Don’t trust the first quote you get. I saved over $1200 going somewhere else. As a side note, I don’t write up reviews but for this I don’t want them taking advantage of people who are in a difficult position. It’s just not right and people deserve a heads up to this kind of business ethic."

"Jerry... Tsk, tsk... This is to the used car department. I was interested in an Audi A5 Prestige. Good thing I test drove it. And I did my research later. They are selling this car for full value, as you would if there were no issues with the car. The car has major issues, and is only operating at half capacity. I did my research and found that this car has been damaged. I also found out that the dealership knew about the damage and still decided to increase the price from 13k to 14k in May 2020. And they said that the 14k price in non negotiable. Bad business here."
