"The person who rang me up Sunday afternoon, I wish I had his name. He was sooo nice. He started checking me out and I wanted to add a 20 oz Sprite. He didn't point in the direction. He took me to the refrigerated 20 oz and said would you like regular or diet? Just an Angel. I feel like we are in a world where customer service is lost...
