"The repairman sent did an awful job and left my dryer unbalanced and wobbly. I do not recommend them."
"DISCLAIMER: They *do not repair* microwaves. I was given this shop's contact information from another appliance repair shop in town, specifying "J & B" as a certified Frigidaire/Electrolux repair shop for the brand. Unfortunately my call was just after-hours; however I left a message w/ contact info & details regarding my issue (make/model & problem: dead microwave). After patiently waiting a full week w/ no call-back, I searched for their info online, found their website & phone number, and noticed they *do not repair microwaves.* Being the curious-type & wondering why I didn't get a call-back, I called again to inquire. "J & B's" answer? Messages received after-hours are automatically deleted (or, not saved). IHMO that is a terrible business practice. As a common courtesy, a better practice would be to at least have any/all after-hours saved, and/or call back the potential client to inform them about what service[s] cannot be performed. If you need an appliance repair - perhaps it's best to consider some other business."
