"Initially everything was great and I had the best experience until I was given the wrong amount for my payments, but that was figured out and I went with it. The delivery was great, customer service , top tier! I have my items for a couple of days and notice bugs (roaches) it has been raining so my husband and I convinced ourselves they came from outdoors. I see a few more over the next week and have NEVER had them in my home. Since the washer and dryer were previously rented I figured the previous owners may have had them. Contacted the store and they immediately said they would get me new machines from a different store. Almost like they knew they were infested. I received a call back stating that none were available but that I could get a brand new set at no additional cost in two weeks. Time goes by and the new sets are in but now I have to pay an additional 700 dollars when I was not told that. Now I have to pay for someone to come and get rid of these bugs because store bought items aren’t cutting it. Just be careful and mindful. I will be calling to return because I have two very young children and cannot stand it. I don’t believe it’s a bad store but communication was terrible and my experience even worse."
"I think this is the Badcock's store we went to looking for couches and a recliner. The lady was nice and helpful. They just didn't have what we were looking for. Very limited options for rocking recliners."
