"I love this store . They finally have friendly cashiers and not all uninterested teenagers. I come here quite a bit . The only complaint I have is the donation dock . Very unfriendly and unprofessional experiences there , every time . No greeting, no thank you , no help . No manners . Teach those employees some manners and the store will be perfect ."
"We love this store. We drive about 30 minutes from Prattville to come here at least once a month. Great stuff, great prices, and friendly workers. Update: They rarely have enough carts for all the people that come. 2 of the last 3 times I went, this was the case. It is incredibly aggravating when you drive 30 minutes with your kids, and there's no cart to put them in. Next time there's no cart, I'm either gonna turn around and leave, or just let my kids pull stuff off the shelves with reckless abandon. I mean, when you have a parking lot full of people buying cart loads of stuff, you can afford a few extra carts."
"I usually have a good experience at this store. I've never had a problem with anything or when I make donations but today was not the norm. The young employee that was working at the drop off needs to be much more polished. At least say hello or greet the customer and thank them. I made ample efforts to be nice and politewhich was not reciprocated on any level. I had to ask for a receipt. I thanked him. He turned his head and walked off. He acted like he was doing me a favor"
