"Horrible service! 1st time the repair man came he said nothing to anyone and left the bill on the counter, when he returned 2nd time he had the wrong part and we waited 3-4weeks in the cold house for him to return in November with no heat that long. They do not communicate well and have no trust in their customers you literally have to “pay before they pump” and they lie about prices and gallons that you are receiving today we got told that “it’s unlikely you’ll get someone to come out but we can come get your tank” talking about rude and disrespectful! They expect you to wait at home all day like we don’t all have to work and be impatient when someone is not home! They do not deserve my money period! When mentioning to the manager about the horrible customer services we were receiving she stated “well we will be glad to Come pick the tank up” well well we’ll and that’s exactly what we let them do!"

"Very unsatisfied. 2nd time they fill my gas tank only to half way, when I clearly asked I wanted it filled up all the way. The ladies in that office sure don't seem to pay attention to what customers say. I was very clear and all they can say is sorry."
