"These guys are lifesavers! There was an accident on 231 that had jagged shards of glass and metal all over the road (unavoidable). I had to drive straight through it to get my child from daycare. On the way back home, my tire pressure monitor told me my tire pressure was swiftly declining. I called them to see if they could put on a new tire and they said to bring it in so they could take a look. I pulled in with my cranky 18 month old who was late for his snack, and they took such good care of me. I expected an astronomical bill for a new tire, instead they said they could repair it. These were RFTs and I was always told they couldn't be repaired. They proved them wrong AND they did it for free!!! I was so shocked I could have cried. I am so thankful for them and I finally got my son home for that snack. I won't be getting my tires from anywhere else but this place. The customer service alone was enough to keep me as a customer for life!"
"Picked up a nail in my tire at Wind Creek State Park this past Saturday and had a flat. Borrowed a compressor to inflate the tire and was able to get to the Redland location at 1:00. Was expecting to have to leave the truck and tire because every bay was full but they patched the tire and I was on my way home in an hour. Asked how much my bill was and they said no charge. My family has used them in the past for services and tires but this was a new truck with factory tires. Great gesture and service on their part! Will continue using them for tires and service for sure!"
