"so in 2021 I got a tv from them right after my dad died to help pass their time. I forgot to make my payment last month cause I got a new card it just slipped my mind. they sent 4 big men to my house to take my tv. I begged them to just let me make a payment. so they refused while taking the tv they knocked over my dad urn onto my 5-year-old child so now I'm stuck trying to wash my dad off my kid with no tv to decompress."
