Pulled into a space and let them know I had arrived and they were out in less than 5 minutes. Young man that loaded it in my car was concerned about me whether I had help to unload it at home. "We visited Best Buy today in search of some headphones. The minute we walked in, we were fretted warmly, and asked if we needed assistance with anything. We declined as we just wanted to look for a few minutes. As my husband was comparing headphones, I wondered to look at kitchen appliances. Another associate happened to be passing by and asked if I was doing ok or needed assistance. Although we did not need any help locating products today, it is nice to know that there were associates available if we needed them. The store was clean and as well stocked as one would expect this close to Christmas. Another happy visit. Thanks Best Buy for always being awesome."
"Went to buy some amazon ring products. Had what I was looking for and nice display too of the smart home products. Got three cameras and the echo 10. Wasn't busy but had to find staff to get them behind a locked door. Couple days later I had saw they had dropped in price and I had read they can do price adjustment if that happens. Went back and asked them about it. No hassle and quick. Looked up my receipt/ items and I got $130 back. Decided I wanted to get a galaxy watch asked them and they went to grab it for me. Nothing wrong or bad with the store just wish all the employees aren't grouped up in the front. Overall had what I wanted, clean store, and employees were helpful."
