"I highly recommend Cody Gunter in the Menswear department. I went in looking for a new suit as my newest was a dozen years old. Cody introduced himself immediately as the suit specialist and proceeded to make recommendations on fit, brands, fabric, color, and styles that were very helpful. Cody fitted me up with a very nice classic fit Hickey Freeman in charcoal grey that looks and feels great and didn't break the bank. Thanks Cody!"

"Worst company to ever work for, incidence happen in front of customers they won’t even fire these employees who do this. Bully the ones who actually wanted to work for them and talk bad about everyone. when they themselves are not perfect. I hope corporate realizes there needs to be new management all over that store. Please do not consider dillards to work at."

"I placed an order with the Mobile store for my daughters wedding which came in the wrong size the representatives were argumentative and had me all over the place a customer behind me informed me to go to Daphne they treat you better. I reached out to ladies dresses and got the manager Jessica who stepped in shero mode, she informed me that she had the dress in her store and to take my time she would have the dress in her office and she would be there when I made it to the store Dillards I have to inform you that this manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me she stayed on the line with the Mobile store that was still unprofessional she answered the same question 3 maybe 4 times to them over and over and still maintained herself very nicely….. along with this manager was an associate Charlene that worked her magic assisting Jessica she knew contact numbers off her brain and continued to work the system to find my info for this dress considering I have been Allen over 10 years Dillards still maintained and order my dress under Jackson in their system it was crazy but by the time I left that store I was crying tears of joy I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY LIKE THESE LADIES I MEAN NEVER IN MY LIFE AND BECAUSE OF THEM I AM ABLED TO WALK MY DAUGHTER DOWN THE ISLE IN THE BEAUTIFUL DRESS .. JESSICA AND CHARLENE I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL I’LL NEVER,EVER FORGET YOU GUYS MAY GOD RETURN THE BLESSING YOU GAVE ME A HUNDRED FOLD FROM MY HEART I LOVE YOU BOTH AND YOU HAVE ALSO GAINED A MOBILE CUSTOMER"

"when i walked into the store i saw one of the managers (african american lady)yelling at an employee to “catch her outside” the store manager who’s name is gene just stood there and watched, i would never shop at a place that runs there store like a ratchet strip mall. taking my business else where"

"I've been a loyal customer at Dillard's for many years, and during my time in college, I even worked there. However, the recent customer service I encountered from the "managers" at the Spanish Fort location was extremely disappointing. The manager yelled at my 10 year old son w/o reason and after realizing this attempted to excuse the behavior, instead of simply apologizing. This unfortunate experience happened just before the school year, and it led me to return $800 worth of school clothes for my three kids. As any parent can attest, shopping for school clothing can be quite a task, so the fact that I had to return everything underscores just how poorly they treated our family. I took the time to write a complaint letter to the VP but never received a response. I want to caution others that dealing with these individuals can be a frustrating experience and your concerns will be gaslit. To make matters worse, when I returned the items the manager called security on me. I informed her that I was accosted and she should have called security on herself and the other manager. I asked for a review of the tape and a formal apology."
