"Trash! This place is terrible. They delivered all damaged items. You pay cheaper for a reason the stuff is cheap. Delivery drivers not only unboxed our stuff on our lawn and left the mess, but they delivered a foyer console we paid over $1000 for broken! The door hanging off the hinge and the drawer squished in along with scratches everywhere. When it was pointed out they said a tech would have to come out to try and fix it. So I’m buying a broken piece of furniture that needs fixing? Hanks sent a new one out right away great! Then that night we sit on our new couches that recline and that’s broken one side it made a loud popping noise and jolted when reclined we called and asked for a new couch again we’re told a tech needs to come and fix it. It took my husband going there completely irate to get refunded and have their junk furniture removed from our home. We spend over $6000 worth of junk at this store. Just go to a different store!"
