"I need a General Manager to call me or respond to this post! I have been Calling Cindy for over 2 years to replace my children's mattresses that I have a 5 year warranty on!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Next step will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint! Seek a discrimination lawyer and contact the local news outlet!! I paid cash for 3 sets of mattresses and CANNOT get a RESOLUTION!! Update 02/26/2024 Customer Service has emailed me and I have not yet received a reply to resolve this complaint I will begin to move forward with a course of actions as mentioned up above."
"From the minute we came into the store we had a wonderful women help us out and even stored the furniture tell we moved into our house. The two delivery guys were very respectful with our furniture and our property. They even came back out after forgetting our protective spray. Thanks for everything.
