"Customer service representative wasn't nice. The only thing my mother wanted to do was ask a question and obtain a form in reference to people with disabilities. She acted like we was bothering her. I asked how do I put my husband's name on my bill she just asked for his name and told me to have a good day it's on the bill. I've been in customer service for over 22 years and never treated anyone like that in my life even if I didn't care for their attitude."
