"I never shop at Goodwill because the prices are high for things that they receive for free. Today, I decided to stop by to just see if anything has changed. The store was messy and unorganized. I did see a medium size dog kennel that was a little rusted and the plastic bottom piece was chewed. It was marked for $69.99. You can buy a new one cheaper. That was my proof that nothing has changed."
"The little redhead that works there made me and my girlfriend uncomfortable. The first words out of her mouth when she was scanning our items were " you two look more like brother and sister than a couple". Her offensive lack of manners are probably a big reason we got silent in line and felt weird at the idea of ever coming back here. The other employees especially Lakeisha who was such a ray of sunshine singing throughout the store, were kind and helpful. We went to the Goodwill in Semmes, AL before this one and had such a great experience with no problems there."

"Finding great deals here lately! Always an adventure! Never know what you'll run up on! Always friendly, comfortable. Pics are of the newly arranged store! Totally different from my last visit. Still a great place, items on every aisle for everyone, every taste, every price range! Very organized and open feeling. Lots of room to get around."
