"OMG! I called to ask about a prescription and the lady was so rude I just decided to go somewhere else! I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what! Usually I would always leave positive reviews for every business because I understand working in customer service is stressful but she was soooooo rude and disrespectful it is embarassing! She had an atitude for no reason and snapped me up! I was in shock because I didn't even understand! I am not even sure if she thought I was someone else calling or something who was giving them a hard time but that was totally uncalled for! I was simply trying to see if they had the prescription and she was nasty to me! I was having a great day and after talking to her she made me whole day ruined and I am still confused why she talked to me that way! Not waste your time going there just go somewhere else where they have better customer service and treate you kind"

"Generally poor service at this particular Walgreens pharmacy. Others are fine, this one is not. Communication is extremely poor. They failed to notify me that they were out of a medication. They just didn't bother to fill it. They also transferred a medication from another Walgreens out of state without permission, which caused problems. The waits are long and mistakes are common. I would recommend switching pharmacies if this is the closest Walgreens. There are much better options very close by."

"Rude pharmacy tech working the window. Both kids sick with infections running a fever, scripts got called in at 7pm. They copped an attitude because they had not checked their voicemails. Fail. Need new management, and coaching for employees. Unfortunately my insurance requires I use Walgreens otherwise I’d choose a local pharmacy."

"I filled my scripts last night in the drive thru. The tech forgot to give me the needles with the script. I go back first thing this morning and the tech tries to charge me for the needles. I told the tech I needed to see the pharmacist or manager. I explained to him what was happening in and that they had never c.harged me in the past. He said they have to be rang up together to be free. I gave him the receipts to prove I made the purchase. His answer was to say I would have to pay and that's all he could do. I said well then, I'll take my business elsewhere. He said oh well. I informed the actual asst store manager on the way out what had happened, he didn't seem to really care either. I went over to Chickasaw branch and the ladies took care of me, apologized, and gave me the needles free of charge for the trouble. I will be using them from now on."
