"I would rate this place a 0 if possible. I will be as transparent as I can be. I went in and the owner was nice and courteous. He gave us a quote. Everything was great. The worst part came after. I called and his secretary whose name I do not know, is extremely rude. I would tell her something and she would flat out make me feel like I was dumb. I left a message for the owner with her and when I called the next day she had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually got a hold of the owner because I needed a freight quote for our tables and chairs and I had already left a message 24 hours before hand. When I called he said “I’ll get the quote and call you back” meaning his secretary never gave him the message. I called back and he was angry and said “what do you want me to do?!” I was shocked and said “sir we aren’t asking for anything for free. We just want to purchase” and he hung up on me. Didn’t even bother to call me back or apologize. I don’t understand how these people are in business. It’s stressful enough to open a restaurant and we still have to deal with vendors that treat us this way. Save your time. Go somewhere else. It’ll save you the stress. Much nicer people out there who care about making business with you. These people don’t."

"Normally I do not write reviews but I am so tired of the haters taking over reviews on-line.. This is my way to fight back there negative reviews. There are always two sides to every story and here is mine as to my experience with Huntsville Restaurant Equipment. I have been in restaurant business since 2000. Since I was mainly in Tennessee I used several equipment suppliers from Pulaski to Nashville TN. I had heard of huntsville restaurant equipment but never used them. I finally used them in 2016 when I open my 5th restaurant in Alabama. They are now my go to place. They have new and used equipment and replacement parts. They can make or adapt equipment to meet my needs. If I require service help they can either provide it or get me in touch with right person. They have been around along time and have plenty of knowledge even when it comes to kitchen layouts and equipment you should have. They will even rent you equipment to carry you threw initial opening rush before you by equipment and have it idle after initial rush dies down. Thank you Jimmie and Mike for all your help.
