"Prices are deceptive, at least on ranges. They're marked off 30%, 50%, or 75%. However, that discount is off MSRP. Not off the asking price at a regular Lowes. For example, I looked at a $1000 oven, discounted 50% from $1999. When I looked up the specs for that model number on the Lowes app, they had them for sale at the store for the everyday price of $1099. Every range I looked at was like that. By looking and comparing prices, it looks like the only real deals were at 75% off, and those items had significant damage. I didn't check anything outside of gas/electric ranges. Do your research on individual items."

"Sept 17-My husband and I spent about $1500 on Maytag Smart washer and dryer along with 3 year warranties. Sept 18-Did first load of laundry. Washer worked fine, but clothes weren't dry when I used the dryer. I read the manual and assumed it was an error on my part. Our other dryer was really old, and I thought maybe this was some kind of new technology that didn't use as much heat--energy savings and all that. I adjusted and tried other settings, but the dryer was still not heating up. By this time, we were out of the 48 hour return window. Oct 4-Husband filed a claim (only done online) Oct 10-Still waiting to hear from anyone regarding claim Laundry still has to be done so I have to run at least two dryer cycles for a load to be completely dry which I'm sure will increase our electricity bill. I understand the concept of the store and acknowledge that there may be some cosmetic issues which is why the prices are what they are. A salesperson even showed us where to look to see what, if anything, was wrong with the appliances (card on the back). This only pertains to cosmetic stuff like dents and scratches--stuff you can see. You won't know about other issues, like a dryer not heating, until you buy. If you have the money, just go to Lowe's or somewhere else and buy the appliances new. We looked on Lowe's website later, and the same washer and dryer were on sale for only $50 more than we paid at the outlet!"

"It opened in early September. There wasn't a wide variety of items yet. There are mainly damaged refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, gas stoves, electric stoves, and induction cookers. If you're looking for something cheap but don't mind having scratches, this could be a good choice. Since I couldn't confirm the exact price, I recommend searching for the exact price before purchasing."

"I stopped in to see what was in the store. They primarily focused on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, grills, and some sinks. They have other things, but the list I just mentioned is what I saw the most. The prices were great!!! I did not need anything in this store, but if I do, I will definitely check here first."

"Lots of selections for appliances. Some look new, some have dents. The prices are really good especially those marked 75% off if you don't mind some dents on it. They said these still have manufacturers' warranties. In addition, you can purchase additional protection from them. The local delivery is $125 no matter how many you buy. It's definitely a good placement to find an appliance. Furthermore, they also have some very good priced vanities with some marked 75% off."
