"They told us they would deliver our furniture and bed to us 11-6-23 at 5:30. They never showed up and didn't call to tell us they couldn't make it. So now we do not have any furniture or a bed to sleep on! This was the one on Bob Wallace Ave. The manager would not help us either. All she had to do was call the delivery guys to come in and deliver our stuff! So because of this I am done with them!"

"It's like these people just done even care about selling you anything. I called and spoke to them about options they had available. Was told they had hardly anything in but could get stuff from other stores and also get them ordered to be brought in. I gave 6 different options of couches I would simply just settle for if they couldn't get one of the two I really wanted. Was told that I would get a call back. A few days passed so I called back. Got the same response. Waited over a week and a half. Called back. Still nothing, told he would call me back. Never did. If they can't get one single couch out of literally 8 couches I said I'd be willing to buy. What is the point of this place even being open? This whole situation now makes me uncomfortable with even using them to get my furniture. If they can't do something as simple as call me back, with either good or bad news. And they can't get 1 of 8 couches I mentioned. Then I mean what else could go wrong with buying from here? I guess I'm a way I should be grateful, I may have dodged a drama bullet. I've never heard of a business that doesn't want to sell you something. This was such a bizarre experience."
