"Deceptive waste of time! Called in advance to be sure the store had battery in stock for auto key faub. After associate reluctantly checked, informed that "part" would have to be ordered. Didn't need a "part", just a battery. I was going to make an hour drive to frequent this store based of add on 99.5FM. If specific batteries for vehicles aren't in stock then add on radio needs to reflect that fact."
"Although it took a while. I am very grateful for them! The screens looks amazing. I have insurance so I only had to pay $29.25 which was even more of a plus!"
"I was going to use this location I had originally called and gotten a quote for $209 to repair my phone And was told that the color would not be the same as I currently have which would have been fine if it had been that price. When I had gone in I'd been given a different price and been told that I would have had to wait to have it done completely and it would be over $400. The reason that I am giving 3 stars is because of staff was nice. If you have money to just throw away this is definitely your place to go if not I would highly recommend I fix in Pelham I paid 200 for everything And they would have everything next day."
"Both employees were very courteous , friendly and helpful. Store was lite up where I could see everything without any problem (I'm 80 years old) and everything was clean and very well stocked. Price of the battery I purchased was very reasonable and best of all, Batteries + Bulbs gave me a military discount for my 23+ years of active duty. I WILL be using Batteries Plus Bulbs again and again."
"Communication is key. Also making sure the customer is aware of the services and cost is very critical. You cannot just take a person's key fob go in another room, change the battery, bring it back then wait to even mention fees until check out. This is what the staff did at this location! They charged me over 10 dollars to install a fob battery and when I said you should've asked me first she did not refund it. I think if you want to make that much money and it was such a hard thing then when I asked and she told me how easy it was, she then owed me back the fee. Also, I bought an extra set of batteries for the other fob and did it myself. This is just the way bad leaders lead. If you want to earn business, do right by the customer. The offer to refund me still stands and you SHOULD refund my install fee!"
