"Take your car to be serviced elsewhere!! Company will quote one price then UPCHARGE you another. They also claim to complete maintenance checks, vacuum your car out and other small courtesies. (When I received my receipt one of the workers marked “declined” to each option, without having asked or notified me. Not to mention none of these things were completed.) I attempted to contact the manager and left my phone number several times asking that someone give me a callback and of course they have not. Again take your car and hard earned money elsewhere!!"
"The line was long, the wait alone to get checked in was around 20 minutes. When I finally got checked in I walked around the store for about an hour for them to first call and tell me they didn't have my usual oil so they needed permission to use bottle oil and then about 10 minutes later call again to say "I see that we were the ones that did your last service but we can't service it today because we see a leak." Wasted nearly 2 hours of my time, and got me in a panic for nothing. I went to express oil after and not only did they change my oil, they also changed my plug gasket and cleaned my battery cables and windshield. Don't waste your time or try to save money at Walmart, just go to express and save yourself A LOT of time."
"Waited for five hours to receive a call that they couldn’t work on my car (replacing two tires). After dropping the car off, I waited five hours for a phone call telling me they weren’t able to do it. However, the next day I was told by another WALMART the alabaster could have changed the tires. So, they just appear lazier than the one in Pelham."
"Usually it's okay but this particular day they were really busy. The lady working the register let us stand in line for like 30 mins before telling us she couldn't write up any more tickets until they got some of the cars out. I could have been somewhere else by then. Call ahead!"
"My visit on Nov 9, 2023. Was very professional. Battery installation and 4 new tires was handled fast and I was very pleased."
