"I have used Advanced Auto Parts for years with great service and satisfaction. But, yesterday, I came on to get new wiper blades. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. She found what we needed, but didn't know how to install them on my car. There was a man working at the counter who never offered to help. I felt like I wasn't very important to the business. The lady was so sweet, but he sure wasn't."

"Convenient location and can easily be seen from the main highway. I went in about 5 PM a few days before Christmas and only 1 man was working. He was very nice, polite, and helpful but there was a long line and he had to go outside to help someone and had to leave the store unattended. I couldn't find what I needed. They need to get additional workers to help out. The store was clean and stocked fairly well."
