"I had an appointment today and I called before I came from Selma Al because CarMax sent me here and when I got here they tell me that they are short staffed and couldn't do my service!! Don't recommend don't ever go here and I hope they lose all their business as they were totally unprofessional and this could have been avoided!"

"For it to be in Alabaster, this is probably the most unprofessional and most “janky” business ever. None of the other Precisions give me trouble, but this location is terrible. They lie so much and waste so much of your time. The first incident I went to go get my front fuel pump replaced, they had my car for two days and did not touch it. (why would you tell me to com, if you’re that busy as you stated after I came to pick my car up. No check ins, no updates, just holding cars for nothing. Went back again for the same reason bc Carmax has a contract with them when it comes to Maxcare. This time they fixed the car after me having to babysit them consistently to make sure they got it done. They also did an oil change , did not screw my oil pan back up , so I had to go home with the pan falling apart scraping the concrete so bad , that a police officer has to pull me over bc he felt as if I would harm someone or car would catch fire due to the sparks. I called and they said I must have went someone else bc they did not cause any of that to happen. The reason for me coming back is bc they have always did my oil changes and it’s just convenient and easier with me having to Uber back home after dropping the car off. So now I’m back again, bc they only fixed one of the fuel pumps and now my second is damaged and not working as well. They just wanted to do them separately to get more money bc it was literally a week later when the second one went bad. Once again they told me to bring it on down, kept my car for 24 hours and did not touch it. They have officially lost me as a customer at this location .. Really a bunch of rude airheads work there"

"All of the staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a big problem with my engine, but was able to just wait for the repair in their very comfortable waiting room. I especially appreciated the frequent updates from Brody as well as the explanation of the problem from others who worked on my car. I feel very good about the service I received from them"
