"I am a sonic lover and the food service employees at this location have never given me any problems. Now the food its self has. I got a corn dog which is super burnt and a chili cheese tot with something as hard as a rock in it. I went through the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking the bag till I got home. I then decided to try and call the store to get this fixed. They will NOT answer the phone. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt."
"Before covid it was great but now they can't seem to recover. Everything I go my food is wrong it's cold overcooked or they're just out of something wish I can give it a negative 20 because that's what they deserve"
"Went for ice cream for the family…. Was supposed to be a fun, happy evening. But the experience was ruined by the rudeness and general apathy of the restaurant staff. This Sonic location consistently delivers horrible service. I’ve experienced it many times over the past few years…and the most recent experience was bad enough to send me here to leave a review. As a business owner myself, I can’t imagine continuing to employ people who care so little."
"We came by for a mobile order 1 single freaking tea! And no one ever answered the drive thru line for 20 minutes. After all the cars in front of us were gone we drove to the window. And they walked by saw us and still didn't acknowledge us. I had to go up to the door and knock to get my freaking order. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have EVER had at sonic and it is my go to fast food rest. Not his one. I will go somewhere else from now on. If I hadn't already ordered via mobile I would have just left!"
"5/27/2023 @10:15…. Definitely didn’t even deserve the one star that was given. My number 4 the bacon cheeseburger toasted wasn’t even toasted. They gave me a cold slabs of bread, 5 pieces of lettuce(literally), no tomato, no bacon, and no onion ring. My tator tots were extremely overcooked to where you couldn’t even taste the potatoes… my food was cold as soon as I got it!!!! Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst possible sonic I’ve ever been too!!!! Then to make matters worse we waited 20 mins to even recognize us on the ordering line!!!"
