"The coffee, sandwiches, and donuts were decent, but I went inside to order and sit with my daughter. And even though they have half a dozen obnoxiously loud teenagers and are not busy, nearly every table and chair in the place is a mess and went uncleaned for the hour we were there. I was going to give 2 stars, but my 8-year-old daughter said to give 3 because their hot chocolate was so good."

"Big time lover of the Caramel Frozen Coffees here but recently they have just been very watered down and flavorless. I’ve asked for more flavor but it still tastes the same. Madison Dunkin tastes right."
"This place used to be great!! But my boyfriend and I have been a few times the last few months and honestly they are always out of donuts? I'm not sure how a donut shop runs out of donuts. I'll update when they keep my favorite donut in stock again. Update: DD Customer Service & management did nothing to resolve the issue even after I reached out. Will keep my business down the road."
