"Lately when come taking longer then used to through driveway. Today even worse. 26 minutes. Order taker not paying attention, had to repeat three times. When got to window found out why. Some people working supper slow. Then drink ordered no whip & had whip. Had to take sine already running late to work."
"I went to get my usual regular coffee and I was waiting in line when I noticed how mean Brittney was being to the employees. who I assume is the manager because how bad she was treating the employees yelling at them and talking down to them when it was clearly busy and they were low staffed. Any good manager would step up and help the employees. This Starbucks needs to look into better management"
"I placed an online order the other day before heading into work and was pretty late getting there to pick it up. I didn’t see my order, but I asked the cashier at the front and they immediately began working on my order. Even though they were covered up, they were super professional and helpful. Shout out to the manager who was an absolute rockstar when it came to handling the unruly, ignorant grandmother that came in to cause a scene over some whipped cream. Y’all keep up the great work baristas!"
"Look I work for the government doing surveys. We drive from another city to a location close to this Starbucks to work. This is the second time we stopped at this one and it has got to be the absolutely slowest place I've been in my life. I wasn't the only one there complaining. One guy been there almost 30 minutes he said. I waited exactly 24 minutes for one cup of coffee today and the other time exactly 19 minutes for one cup. It's crazy. So I'd advise if you go to this location to not be in a hurry or you'll be late."
"Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. So I'm almost done with this drink and I feel a crunch...I take a look and find this piece of glass. I call and let the staff know of the situation. Needless to say they didn't even offer a refund and did not sound very sorry either. Be weary when drinking from this establishment. I can't imagine the trauma if someone's child would have swallowed this."
