"If I could give 0 stars I would. After 7 long months dealing with these people I am finally free. I fell on hard times, went through a terrible divorce and fell into a deep depression. While dealing with this company I was threatened with the police twice told I had to keep an item I couldn't pay for and was harassed severely to the point I had to change my telephone number. I had them come get everything I had on my agreement. It hurt to be without a bed right before christmas but I'd rather sit in an empty house with no furniture than to deal with a rental company ever again. It's a great way to keep poor customers poor. I felt like I got my mind back. You will sign a deal with the devil just stay down until you can come up. What's worse is they have people who look just like you and make either the same wage or less than you talk down to you about not being able to pay like they never had a hard time or will never have one. I see why all the delivery workers quit. I hope to see places like these done away with. To the young man who came to my house God has a blessing for you. He knew it was wrong his caring spirit calmed me down actually and I was able to get the outcome I wanted."

"Hands down the worst employer I’ve experienced. The store manager Ms. Ms.Sue is the driving force behind the toxic work environment. Unorganized tasks , social discomfort & unfair work conditions. Ms Sue will find an issue EVERYDAY to consistently complain about. No guidance or resources just complaints. They will send you on deliveries alone & ask the customers to help. I’ve personally had to deliver a recliner sofa & love soft(+100 lds) upstairs relying on the assistance of a customer who purchased the sofa. The customer was confused & overwhelmed so was I. The situations were not safe at all. No training at all, barely the correct equipment to properly work & the constant micromanagement of Sue. I’ve loaded & had to deliver numerous items after & at 6pm(closing time)due to the incompetency of the office workers. The entire store is just very inconsiderate unless to involves them personally. Your hard work will not be valued & everyday you’ll waiting to hear what negative comments Sue will have for you . Not ONE time can I remember the store manger heaping praises on her delivery drivers for making sure her store continues to run adequately. This store definitely needs a revamp or it’ll just continue to be a revolving door of new employees & horrible a workplace environment. I’ll always be grateful for an opportunity however unfair treatment & egotistical attitudes aren’t part of my gratefulness."
