"I walked in looking, because I had previously spoken with a guy there because I was preapproved! Well I walked in and I’m being looked up and down as if my money don’t spend like everyone else’s!! I wouldn’t give these people a brown rusty penny!! And the red headed lady is very judgemental! I guess if my skin color was lighter I would’ve been helped like the 2 Caucasian men that were in there getting stuff!"
"To start they never communicated with me properly on when they were going to bring the furniture. I didn’t know I had to submit more documents to obtain the furniture until 3 days (Thursday) AFTER the perspective date it was supposed to come out on (Monday). I was told the furniture would come Thursday after being scheduled for delivery on Monday. Thursday came, called the lady, and she stated I’d be the first on the list for delivery. I asked for them to come at the initial timeframe I had set for Monday from 3-5. The timeframe came, no call from anyone. I called at around 3:50 and NOW they state they needed to obtain more documentation from me but I was NEVER told this on Thursday morning when I initially called to confirm delivery. Plus I never conducted business in the store, everything was done virtually and via phone. So no one never told me to submit these additional documents. Someone could’ve also called me when my timeframe came up on Thursday to tell me I needed to submit more documentation instead of a no call/no show. I would’ve gladly came in and brought whatever I was lacking. At the end of the day it’s all about communication! So I canceled my order and will take my business where there will be effective communication and appreciation."
