"Douglas Cooling and Heating solved a problem I had with keeping a room above my garage heated and cooled. Keith was able to identify my problem and suggest the Mitubishi Single Zone Heat Pump. Jamie and Terry had my unit installed in 8 hours and took meticulous care with covering my carpet and their walking path to their truck. Very impressive. Ricky and Russell installed dampers to cut the air flow to that room in order to keep the main area of the upstairs cool. They did a great job of not tracking a mess around my house since they had to work in my attic and were finished by mid morning. Again, very impressive. John came to train us on how to operate my new unit and adjust the dampers if needed. Sara was very sweet and handled payment by phone. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend the team at Douglas Heating and Cooling."
"Great experience with this company. My dogs had chewed up some air duct in my garage, and so I called them to get it repaired. They recommended putting in metal duct in the area to prevent a re-occurrence . Work looks great, would definitely use them again."
