"What a great place for your battery needs. I took a dead battery from a generator there. It is an odd size and I was not sure I'd be able to find a replacement. I went to Batteries Plus and the employee looked at my battery for about 5 seconds and then goes immediately to a row and shelf to retrieve a new battery. Bingo! Exact size and shape. He then tested the voltage on each to show that indeed my old battery was dead and the new one had a healthy voltage. They took care of the old battery also. What awesome service. I went home, installed the new battery and my generator started right up. It's an old generator but still runs. This certainly saved me from either trying to find a place for generator repair (good luck) or outright replacement."

"Great customer service! I needed a new battery for my car key fob and they set me up with a new one in under 5 minutes. It was only about $13, and they were super friendly."
"Used to be very responsive to help customers. Recently tried to get a replacement key fob for wife's car. They advised they would transfer it from their Alabaster store as they had it in stock and would call me in 1-2 days to return to get it setup for me. Never heard back. Called them a week later and they didnt know anything I was talking about but they did have my key fob from Alabaster but didnt know why or for who. They promised they would advise their "locksmith" to call me to setup me coming in to get it setup. Waited another week - no call. I give up! They used to be responsive and organized & I liked them. Now I have no idea. Wont try them again. Will go elsewhere."
