"This experience was my first with Dunn's, but will not be my last. I was able to get someone to come out to my home on the same day that I called. My initial contact was with the nicest young lady. She took the time to explain how their services work and who would be coming out to look at my heating unit. She even sent me a picture of the technician and kept me updated on his arrival. Trevor is this young man's name. I was amazed at his knowledge and professionalism. He went up into my attic space and came back down and explained everything that was going on with my unit. He was extremely kind and put everything in layman's terms so that I could understand. It was such a wonderful experience for me. Nowadays, it is close to impossible to get good customer service, but I did from Trevor and Dunn's. I would highly recommend anyone in need of HVAC services to call Dunn's.
