"Purchased a “4-6’ Hot tub” in box. When I took it out of the box it was DISGUSTING covered in mud and grass and actually still wet from the last person that used it. The model of hot tub wasn’t even the one on the box and when I called to ask what could be done they basically told me that it was my problem. A dirty hot tub that I was charged almost full retail price for that didn’t have all the parts to it. Would not recommend going here at all. They clearly don’t care about their customers."
