"Two milkshakes rang to be $17 and change. The woman at the register just said ewww and after I mentioned it must be a mistake she looked at the receipt and said it was correct. And as I waited to see the receipt myself, I was given two milkshakes and then the woman who made them asked me a question about the third one, which explained the discrepancy, so I was given the appropriate refund. And the only reason for the three stars is because I believe the mistake should have been noticed immediately, because $5 plus $5 plus tax doesn't make $17."
"Not a traditional Sonic. Has sit down dine in and drive thru. No car ports. Service is always slow and food is usually undercooked. And many times I've been there they're out of something or something is broken. Take the extra few minutes and drive to the one in Warrior off of Cane Creek Rd. by I-65. Better quality overall and they have car ports."
"Being the only car in the drive thru I still waited 20+ minutes for my food. Staff was very unfriendly and rude. (Spilled a drink on me and decided it wasn’t proper to even apologize). Upon receiving my food, my order was wrong. (Shocker) once it was all said and done and I ate my meal I must say it was the most ill prepared, subpar meal I have ever consumed. Unfortunately for me, this is not an isolated event. I have given this establishment multiple chances since it’s opening and continue to be let down. Today was the final straw though. I’ll drive to the equator for a sonic burger before I stop here again."
"My burrito(super sonic breakfast) was HUGE, bigger than I've ever had before, only thing I can say bad was that I asked for no onions, and was told it didn't come with onions(which I know it does) so yeah there were onions in it lol. All good though, overall a good visit."
"went to this sonic because its closer to my dads house. lol bad mistake. had an online order. was the only person in line besides a guy waiting for food, my order was ready and had been sitting for 15 minutes. none of the 4 employees on the front said a word to me, i never complain, but straight up burnt onion rings. they thought it was okay to serve? someone put this in a bag and then someone ELSE bagged it and never thought twice. lol just go to the one in warrior. save your time and money."
