"It's my fault for continuing to go to this location. I do so because it's convenient. Every single time I go there is something missing from my order. I am so tired of going back to get missing items. I know things happen, but it's EVERY TIME I go. As I said, I use this location for convenience but going forward I will go out of the way to go to Hanceville or Locust Fork, I'm driving further by the time I go back to get items anyway."
"Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner and 4 piece chicken finger dinner. Mashed potatoes on both dinners were jellied and seemed like they had been out a whole day, even though it was barely after 12 on Sunday. Green beans were just as bad. Tasted vinegary like they were ruined. Slaw had a bad whang to them as well. Only 1 piece of the regular chicken was fresh. Chicken fingers were good. This Jack's is usually better than this. Shouldn't be serving old food...period. Food costs too much now a days and the consumer is looking for a quality meal. The people who are serving this garbage wouldn't appreciate it being given to them to eat if they were buying it. Quality in food is extremely important. This needs to be fixed."
"Mangerment is great. A great place to take the family and enjoy a football game on a Sunday. Had a problem with the food and they had no feelings about making it right. Really put a smile on my face. Good people. This not a complaint this is appreciation for good service!"

"Never been to a Jacks before. Figured to give it a try based on reviews. First the bathroom is dirty. Placed my order noticed they are very unorganized inside and the kitchen area looks pretty dirty as well. Can see old grease on the cookers front and on the other appliances, tea containers looked like something was growing on them. Ordered the Big Jack add bacon combo and a small chocolate milkshake. The burger had crumbles of bacon that were very hard (old), burger was bland and the tomato and lettuce were discolored (not fresh). Thought cheese came on it by looking at the photo, guess I was mistaken. The milk shake not very tasty and wouldn’t recommend. Definitely should have went somewhere else."
