"By far the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. Put in an order for delivery and nothing updated for 30 minutes. Called the store and they claimed the order was never placed even though I had an email confirmation and money taken out of my account. The manager lied and said it was at another store, called them they said they had no idea what they were talking about. Called back and manager just talked in circles and literally did nothing about it. Also claimed they had no idea what the corporate number was but then said they wouldn’t give it to us. Do they just hire managers off the street?"

"First of all, I love the food and my local papa johns. However, my issue is with the call center. And everyone knows it's not the local store. It's pretty clear they are reading off a sheet. Ordering food should be personable. Instead I feel like I'm on the phone with the IRS. And its helpful with communication when you are actually talking to someone at the store. This is my only complaint with PapaJohns."

"Ordered from home for convenience and online said it was ready at 7:33. We arrived at 7:40 to pick up and our pizza had been "lost". Still sitting here at 8:02. Throw in a little something complimentary when you waste someone's time and might not get a poor review."

"I placed an order and when it was delivered it was burnt around the edges, the pizza wasn’t even cut and to add too that the garlic butter they sent was opened and had ran all over the box. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would give me credit on my order and when I called today they said they had no record of it. See the pictures. I spent $62.00 dollars and they act like it was nothing."

"Ordered Pizza today with bad experiences in the past. Ordered my pizza through the Papa Johns App at 17:13. App initially advised the pizza would be ready in approximately 120 minutes. I initially thought all hope was lost.. At 17:53 the driver delivered my pizza fresh, hot, and contained quality. Shocked that they had improved from past experiences and cut the ready time in half, I felt they deserved a positive review. Thank you."
