"The prices keep increasing, but the quality continues to drop. Food is undercooked, when getting fries they are cold and the large container wasn’t even half way filled. I can’t go through drive thru because I usually have to walk back into the store to get my order fixed. If these stores would treat their workers better and improve their pay, they could justify working the crew inside like they do. It’s sad going in an constantly seeing a skeleton crew during the rushes."

"When their system isn't down the food is good here, service is questionable at most times and honestly after reading the reviews of the inside of the store I'm glad I have only used the drive thru. I typically try to stop here 1-2 times a week on my commute because I love a sausage McMuffin! More times than not recently once I have ordered their system goes down. I get it things happen and usually at an inopportune time but it has become way too frequent to just be a system issue. Management needs to check internet connection or system connectivity to prevent continued drive off's, but sadly I believe it is a human issue rather than a system one-but I could be wrong."
"I stopped by tonight (6-12-23) around 9:30pm, I was on my way home in Cullman from Fultondale, with my 3 kids..... Everyone I dealt with there was very polite, they also got my order correct and everything was hot/fresh. I also ordered a caramel frappe (I'm addicted to those and have been buying them almost daily).... It was one of the best ones that have been made, the lady that made it did a great job!"
"This place is going downhill really fast. I got a mobile order, and I was missing a 10 piece nugget, but they gave me the sauce for it.... Also I got 4 drinks, and they decided I didn't need straws for that? Sad. Also, they apparently can't count. Feb 20th edit... Every sandwich we ordered was wrong, and fries were cold. April 3rd... It now takes over half an hour to get through the drive thru. They have signs saying that only the drive thru is open, but only one lane."
