"We placed an order to go. The quality of food has taken a dive. Not only that, the food did not even come close to filling the carryout container."

"OMGosh!! The cream cheese stuffed pancakes, with fresh strawberries and whipped cream - it’s an absolute “do again”! Plus, the young man who took care of me was extremely polite and friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Cracker Barrel, or out for dinner in general. Hopefully, there won’t be such a time gap before I get to go back. I truly enjoyed it. (I don’t typically take pictures of my meals.)"

"Placed online order. Got to restaurant and waited unacceptable time. Order was received 2 hours after order was placed. Had to pester to get compensated for the inconvenience. People went in and ate before we received. Then get home and the order was not up to par. Even biscuits were burnt. Will never order and prepay. Better yet, I'll never patron this Cracker Barrel."

"Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’m going to start off by saying the waitresses were fine none of this was their fault what so ever. We came in with a big party and we told them multiple times how many of us there was and the time we would be here, we called yesterday and told them and an hour before we arrived. Once we got here they told us they had not been informed that we would be coming and that we would have to wait 45 minutes, it ended up taking an hour. Once we got seated we placed our orders and about 45 minutes later they brought out about 4 plates one of these orders were completely wrong. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard as a rock so we’re the pinto beans. The french toast had peppers in it. Half the group didn’t even get their food. About 10 of the people in the group got their food none of the kids in the group got their food. There was also a cockroach in the men’s bathroom. The waitresses were very kind and tried their best to be accommodating. Many of the waiters were coming out of the kitchen crying and the kitchen manager was screaming at all of the waitresses/waiters. They ran out of dumpling, potatoes, and macaroni & cheese while we were there. We ended up staying for over three hours I never got all of my food along with many other of the people. All of the food was cold and just did not taste good. This was the first time over ever had French toast that was this bad. At this point just go to Waffle House it’ll probably taste better and be cleaner. The managers did nothing to help they would just apologize but nothing ever happened. I will never eat here again, overall awful experience."

"You can't go wrong with CB breakfast. My husband got Mama's pancakes & I got Grandma's French toast. Delicious! The store is decked out for Fall & Christmas. Very festive. ❤️"
